Going outside of Brandon, to the north is Middlebury, Vermont. This classic town offers allot to do during the year. For our outdoor visitors, you can visit the Robert Frost Trail and a casual stroll through Middlebury College or in Middlebury you can visit some of the small shops in the downtown area.
Further to our north is the Shelburne Museum in Charlotte Vermont. Along the way you can stop in the small towns that are set against Lake Champlain.

To our east you can visit The Green Mountain National Forest and hike along the “ Long Trail ”. Set against the Green Mountain National Forest is Moosalamoo National Recreation Area and Silver Lake.

Some of the closest attractions are the Town of Brandon itself. There is a lot to do in this small New England town such as shopping, restaurants, and several local artists. You can visit the Brandon Artist Guild or Liza Myers gallery and although Warren Kimble no longer has his own gallery in Brandon, you still might bump into him as he wanders around town.  His original works and signed reproductions can be found at the Liza Myers Gallery right in the middle of town. Brandon, during the summer, has special events such as music on the common, Town Wide Yard Sale, Corn and Mango Festival and much more. Just visit Brandon.org for more information on the happenings throughout the year. Brandon offers a wide variety of restaurants such as Café Provence owned and operated by New England Culinary Institute Chef Robert of Provence, France.
